Housing Assistance FCP can provide assistance for NDIS participants and advice based on years of experience in outreach, case management utilising our current housing networks to assist people in this way. FCP understands that NIDS funding does not cover housing and practical needs for many people with disabilities. We are happy to talk with you about this anytime using the contact section below.
Community Projects and Partners Full Circle Projects are currently working on exciting new initiatives in Brisbane and Toowoomba to support youth, housing, domestic violence, and social enterprise. As a full DGR status registered charity, we may be able to assist participants where NDIS cannot. For example, a person with a disability and experiencing homelessness was assisted with the department of housing, and with furnishings and appliances required.
